Half Day Mediation (4 hours)

Service Description

Preparation time is included in the fee. Mediation fee is split evenly between 2 parties unless special circumstances Travel time within Fresno, Tulare, Madera, Merced, and Kings Counties will not be billed. Arrangements will be made for other counties. Additional hours beyond the scheduled mediation will be billed at $500.00 per hour. Time spent encouraging settlement after mediation will not be billed.
